You will now use your research from Part 1 of this assignment, to further research, analyze and apply the concepts learned in Modules 1-9 of this course to compose Part 2 of the assignment to ultimately make recommendations for your chosen company. Part 2 involves the application of a business:
Environmental constraints on management
Stakeholders
Planning and strategic management
Organizational Structure and Design; and,
Foundations of Control.
