CRM Proposal: After graduating from CSU you wish to start a CRM consulting company for Small businesses. 2.Karthik- This will likely need done early this week (will need to work with Lewis once products and services are decided upon to identify marketing plan). Plan would be how we plan to get the word out about our new company and what success looks like in terms of objectives in years 1-5.
3.Karthik- This would naturally follow 2. This would be what types of businesses we think we would like to work with. Perhaps small startups for landscaping, real estate, or retail providers (these would keep it simple).

Hubspot has super low prices for small businesses and scales with features and price the larger a firm grows. I will also do a write up on salesforce for larger businesses with bigger budget. We would provide these CRMs at a discount as an arrangement from working with our company. I also think providing consulting/coaching would be a service we provide. A consultant to build out a new firms IDIC plan basically. Lastly, some other ideas could be loyalty programs, print or digital marketing, etc.
6.Jess/Karthik- Jess can provide pricing and ROI and budget, Karthik could take campaign management and evaluation. This will need to be done last after products and personnel are completed.
