Include one or two slides related to the following, as applicable: on-site sales opportunities; product exclusivity; sponsor benefits, including television, radio, and newspaper exposure, website visits, complimentary tickets, hospitality, and access to special events; marketing opportunities both on and off site; cosponsor promotional activities; consumer and trade promotions; list of other sponsors; and sponsorship term (annual, 2-year, 3-year, etc.).
Slide 6: Branding Specifics: Relay details about how the sponsor will be recognized through promotional materials, as well as at the venue during events, and how these will align with the overall brand and message of the sponsor.
Slide 7: Fees and Payment Terms: Lay out for your sponsor the anticipated costs during the sponsorship term, including a sponsorship fee, value in kind, promotional fees, signage, printing costs, creative/production costs, equipment, merchandising, etc.
Slide 8: Call to Action: Tell the potential sponsor how to become involved with your team and offer the potential sponsor a specific arrangement for collaborating with your team. Provide contact information for the team marketing professional.
