Please address the two assigned tasks on your poster presentation.
You need to start by doing your research.
1.Identify the CSR issues in the case.
2.Review the relevant literature.
3.Take a look at what companies are doing to develop and implement sustainable strategies
4.You can also look at stakeholder reports, including those from NGOs such as the work of our industry partner, and media reports.
5.Then, answer the three questions in relation to SIS and sustainable initiatives for millennials, based on what you have learned from your research.
6.Its important to clearly reference where your ideas came from.
Theories: You can use any of the theories we have used in the course to apply to this case study. Tell us which theories you have used, and reference them in your work.
To this end, and bearing in mind that students aren’t able to meet to develop the video, please follow these instructions:
teams will decide what topic each student will talk about in the video (e.g., if the group includes four students, each student would address one question from the three, and the four student will make a conclusion; if the group includes three students, each student would address one question from the three, including a conclusion)
each student would develop an individual video of no more than 1.5 or 2 minutes
the team will select a student who will put all videos together, to create just onevideo
the team leader will upload the video in Canvas, as well as the poster in a pdf document by no late than30 March at9:00 am, Singapore time.
In addition to your group poster you are required to submit a 500 word individual summary addressing the following questions:
1.What do you think the key problems are in this case?
2.Why do you think the recommendations you have made will be effective in solving these problems?
3.Why do you think the actions you have recommended have not yet been widely used and applied across the sector?
You are expected to provide clear and comprehensive answers to the 3 questions. You need to back up your arguments with reference to the literature, theory, and practice (as in your poster). You can also add additional material here that was not on your poster if you wish to (including from feedback that you received during the industry partner event). Reference and cite a minimum of 3 academic articles (these can be the same references as you used for the poster).
Submission types and dates:
1.Group Video and poster (pdf) submission on Canvas by Week 12 (Monday 30 Mach, 9:00 am, Singapore time).
2. We suggest that you wait until after the industry partner and Jeremy sent you their feedback on your video and poster. This will enable you to take account of any feedback you may receive on the day.
3.You need to submit your Peer and Self Assessment form by this date and time also.
