Introduction

Implementing change inside an organization is not easy and successful change requires careful planning, hard work, cooperation, and excellent communication.  Studies show 60-70 percent of organizational change projects fail, despite huge investment of training and education to support them.

Mini-case studies: The students are expected to answer the questions associated with the case.
